Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events. Risk transfers to buyer upon loading at our premises (FOB Delhi).

3. Quality

Material is supplied as per agreed specifications. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund at our discretion.
